Row: Bodyweight x 10/9 = meters

Run: 2500/2000 divided by Bodyweight = meters to be ran

Burpees: 14,250/10,000 divided by Bodyweight = Burpee reps

Pull-ups: 10,725/7,500 divided by Bodyweight = pull-up reps

Dips: 7,250/5,000 divided by Bodyweight = your dip reps.

Finisher:

Assault: Bodyweight divided by 3.5/5 = calories for Time.

SkiErg: Bodyweight divided by 3.5/5 = calories for time.
