How to Get Started at Threshold Fitness

Starting a new fitness program can be intimidating but at Threshold Fitness we want to make it easy for everyone to get started. That is why everyone free access to one week of classes to help them decide if Threshold Fitness is right for them.
Pick a class from our schedule and come in to our gym in Eugene, Oregon. Our workouts vary immensely from day to day so we recommend attending several classes to make sure you like the type of training you do.
When you get to the gym introduce yourself to the trainer. They will have you fill out a liability release and will spend a few minutes talking to you about your fitness ability and goals. All classes are taught by a CrossFit level 1 certified trainer that will demonstrate all movements and will scale the class to your ability. We can find substitutes for almost every movement to allow anyone to complete a class, whether you are 18 or 80.

  • Jumping rope
    • Singles
    • Double unders
  • Kettlebells
  • Olympic lifting
  • Presses
  • Pulls ups (we have bands to allow anyone to complete these)
  • Push ups

  • Running from 100M to 5K
  • Sit ups
  • Squatting
    • Air squats
    • Back squats
    • Front squats
    • Overhead squats
  • TRX
  • Wall balls
  • And more…
