Delete your Threshold account & data

You can permanently delete your Threshold account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app.

Delete in the app (instant)

Open Threshold and go to Settings → Delete account. After you confirm, your account and all synced data are deleted immediately — no email, no waiting.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to the app, email rootandrisebyjaspreet@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in to Threshold, and we'll delete the account for you within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, goal, weight, experience, focus areas, equipment, schedule preferences)
• Your training blocks and scheduled sessions
• Your session logs (sets, reps, weights, RPE, duration, notes)
• Your benchmarks
• Your daily readiness check-ins
• Your Supabase authentication record

What we retain

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics with no user-identifying information
• Crash reports without user-identifying metadata
• Financial records required by law (if you ever made a purchase)

Timing

We confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete deletion within 7 days. You receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
