Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Threshold ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Threshold is a training app, not a medical service. Programs are generated algorithmically based on your inputs. The app does not provide medical, nutritional, or rehabilitative advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an injury, chronic condition, or are pregnant.

You assume all risk of injury from exercise performed based on Threshold's recommendations.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

Threshold Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks the full app: your periodized training plan, the daily readiness adjustment, the morning coach briefing, wearable sync, race and HYROX modes, and guided mobility.

New subscribers may be offered a free trial. The length of the trial and the recurring price are shown on the subscription screen inside the app before you purchase, in your local currency, as supplied by the App Store or Google Play.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins automatically and you are charged the recurring price.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can cancel at any time in your store account settings — on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies, not by us; contact the relevant store for a refund request.

We may change the price of a subscription. Where a change affects an existing subscription, the store will notify you and, where required, ask you to consent before the change takes effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Threshold's proprietary training algorithms.
• Use the app to harm others or transmit malicious content.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the app or its content.

Intellectual property

The Threshold app, its training algorithms, content, and brand are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own training.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is". We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or absence of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the prior 12 months (or zero if you used the app for free).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via the "Last updated" date above.
